Federation of All India Petroleum Dealers (FAIPT) on Wednesday withdrew its call for nationwide strike against daily revision of fuel prices. The decision was taken after acceptance of their demand at a meeting of FAIPT delegation with Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan in Delhi today.

FAIPT had announced to observe strike on June 16 in protest against the decision of the oil marketing companies to change retail prices of petroleum products on daily basis.
