Blood Donation Camp to death anniversary of Former Prime-Minister Late Sh. Rajiv Gandhi.



(Delhi: 20th May 2018): To commemorate the 27th death anniversary of Former Prime-Minister Late. Sh. Rajiv Gandhi, Indian Youth Congress organised a nationwide blood donation camp at its state office. This blood donation camp at New Delhi office (IYC National office,5 Raisina Road) was organised in association with Lions Club on 21.05.2018 from 10.00 a.m. onwards.

Paying homage to the Former Prime-Minister Late. Sh.Rajiv Gandhi, the blood donation camp was inaugurated by Indian Youth Congress President Sh. Keshav Chand Yadav along with Sh. Krishna Allavaru, Joint Secretary AICC (in charge Indian Youth Congress), Vice President of Indian Youth Congress Sh. Srinivas BV former President of Indian Youth Congress Sh.Amarinder Singh Raja Brar at the Indian Youth Congress Office in Delhi at 5, Raisina Marg, New Delhi on 21.05.2018 at 10.00 A.M.
With this noble cause Sh. Keshav Chand Yadav along with Sh. Srinivas BV also assumed charge as the newly appointed President and Vice President of Indian Youth Congress respectively. The occasion was attended by former President of Indian Youth Congress Sh. Amarinder Singh Raja Brar, who welcomed the new President with a bouquet of flowers. The occasion at the Delhi office was also attended by Office Bearers of Indian Youth Congress assembled from across the Country.
In his maiden address, the newly appointed President Sh. Keshav Chand Yadav steered the Youth Congress Workers assembled at the event to be more vocal in raising voice of the people on various political and social platforms as well as in exposing the current NDA Government, which is gradually associating itself with increasingly horrific policies.
Sh. Srinivas BV, the newly appointed Vice President in his address exhorted the Youth Congress Workers to work for the party and serve the organization with sincerity.
Remembering the sacrifices of our security personnel for the safety and security of this nation, blood collected from camps across the country were sent to respective state blood banks of the Indian Army and other security establishments.
This occasion at the Delhi Office was organized and made a grand success through the concerted efforts of Sh.Vikas Chikara, President, Delhi Pradesh Youth Congress along with Sh. Sitaram Lamba, General Secretary, Indian Youth Congress (In-charge, Delhi and Smt. Khushboo Sharma, Secretary, Indian Youth Congress (In-charge Delhi)
